• For a fixed booking we require a deposit of 40% of the booking amount.

During day a free ski bus takes you to the lifts in 3 minutes and to the center of St. Anton. At night there is a nightbus (with costs). In summer there is a free hiking bus available in St. Anton.

No pets allowed.

Free W-LAN in the house.

For our little guests: cot and high chair provided free of charge upon request. 

For a short stay up to 4 nights, we charge an additional 10% of the daily rate. 

Directly next to the curch of St. Jakob. Nearest lift station (Nassereinbahn) 1km, to the center of At. Anton 2km. Bus stop only 2 walking minutes away. A supermarket is approx. 650m away. 

From the Arlbergpass: Exit D - continue 800 m on St. Jakober Dorfstraße. The Chalet Karin is on the left hand side and the first house after the curch of St. Jakob.

From Landeck and S16: Exit A - continue 1500 m on St. Jakober Dorfstraße. The Chalet Karin is on the right hand side and the last house before the curch of St. Jakob.

We offer daily bread service on request!

Parking lot in front of the house.

In the entire house smoking is not allowed for everyone`s well-being. 

For skis, boards and shoes (heated) right next to the lift station (Galzigbahn or Nassereinbahn) at our partner Sport Alber - included in the price. 

A washing machine free for use is provided. 

The remaining balanve will be charged at check-out. We do prefer cash or bank tranfer (prior arrival) but accept EC-Card (Maestro), Visa or MasterCard. Please note that we do not accept Amex or Diners Club.
